Mission Statement
The Journal of Inorganic and Organometallic Polymers and Materials is an international interdisciplinary forum for the publication of original high-quality theoretical and experimental research on the synthesis, characterization, evaluation, and phenomena of inorganic and organometallic polymers and materials. Of interest to both academic and industrial scientists, the journal publishes current work on synthetic and natural materials that contain main-group, transition, and inner-transition elements, including basic research on polymers and materials that possess a broad spectrum of exciting chemical and physical properties. Commercial applications such as ceramics, catalysts, thermally stable materials, photosensitive and electrically conductive materials, and biological and biomedical materials are also covered. In addition to full length papers and communications, the journal also publishes topical review papers that are of current interest to the readership. Generally, the editors solicit review papers; however, the editors will also consider unsolicited reviews if they are consistent with the focus of the journal. All submitted manuscripts are subject to an external peer review.
